Mr. J.K. Mishra is a first Generation Entrepreneur. He has started VANKAN Security Services Pvt. Ltd with a team of two guards & three staff in a hired office in Pune. Today “Vankan” is recognized as one of the leader in manpower security business in India with over 500 permanent employee. Mr. Mishra has done BA in English |LLB (specialized in company law) | MBA in HR from MS University of Baroda, Gujarat. He has been in Indian Air Force for 20 yrs.as administrator & looking after security of Air Base | IT security. He has been awarded many times for the best cader of the base “certification”.

After retirement from Indian Air Force, He has joined IT company to manager security of personnel | material & IT security as top management. Having acquired, lot of ground & management level skill in security of personnel | material |IT Security, planed to help security personnel who are really being not looked after, though they are core value of the security company. Through out the job tenure, he could observe “how clients” who hire security in any form are gloomy with the security companies.He decided to support them with best security services.

He is also a very good speaker on safety as well as security. He has gone through training in bio-logical warfare conducted by Indian Air Force.

On the personal front, Mr. Mishra is deeply spiritual man committed to the family. He believes in delegation and empowerment as core values for management.
