Medical & Documentation : :
Individual's ID | Certificates

Verification :
of Antecedents through Field Officers/ Civil Police as required.
Deployment :
Deployment at site required ,10 days at least.
On the Job Training :
Fire fighting practice, Tele..Duties, First Aid, Frisking & checking personnel operating Alarm systems / motors, General Documentation, Duties particular to the unit etc.
Desirable Physical & Educational standards :
Height : Minimum 165 c.m.
Weight : Minimum 50 kgs.
Chest : Minimum 77 cms & 5 cm. expansion.
Age : 22 years to 45 years
Education Std : Minimum 10th, be able to read, write English

Night visit by detailed field officer/manager
Visit by General Manager / Proprietor once in a month.
Customer feed back is being obtained & remedies are followed
